Our women support network, Tulips, was created to drive personal and professional growth. The group holds quarterly general meetings to provide an opportunity for women employees to meet, network and find career mentors from within Aspire.
Every month, we set aside an exclusive fund for team members to have some entertainment. It is the team’s discretion to leverage the accrued fund (towards the end of the year). They can opt to go out to theme parks, plan a day out at a resort or make a trip to a nearby tourist location.
Da Vinci & Oval Rings bring in the element of sports and fun at work across all India offices. The Da Vinci team organizes cultural celebrations while the Oval Rings team focuses on sports activities to enhance team coordination and inculcate a sportsman spirit in Aspirians.
