Voluntary Parental Insurance provides insurance coverage for Aspirians’ parents. This is an optional coverage that can be enabled purely based on employees’ preference, by paying an additional premium.
Aspire has a term cover for employees and the cost is completely borne by Aspire. This scheme is intended to provide monetary guarantee to the beneficiary of the covered Aspirian in the event of any untimely demise of the insured due to any cause.
The Group Personal Accident Insurance covers expenses related to hospitalization on account of any accident. The cost of this cover is borne by Aspire.
