Employee Provident Fund

PF is one of the components of the salary structure and helps us plan for retirement.

Gratuity

The Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 provides monetary benefit to employees who have provided an extended term of service to a single employer. Employees who have completed 4 years and 240 days of continuous service with Aspire Systems are eligible for gratuity.

Salary Advances and Loans

Aspire supports employees with salary advances to help them with short term financial requirements. Aspire also maintains a Corpus Fund to support Aspirians’ short-term financial needs. Read more about how Aspirians can avail loans here.

CPVP  

Company Performance Linked Variable Pay (CPVP) is an initiative where the organization shares the rewards of its good performance across the year with the employees.

Role-based incentives

Some roles at Aspire have a variable pay component. This variable payout is calculated based on the performance of the individual against the KRAs defined for them.

Financial Counselling

Periodic sessions are arranged with financial experts at various levels where Aspirians can learn about financial planning and have their queries resolved. The sessions also cover topics such as Tax Declaration and Investment Planning.

Investment Plan

Aspire provides investment options (Mutual Funds) that are open to all full-time Aspirians who have completed one year with the organization. The amount of investment by self and Aspire are prefixed based on the individual’s level. This contribution from Aspire will be over and above your CTC. Click here to know more

Employee Disaster assistance

We believe in providing emergency assistance during or immediately after a disaster in order to support Aspirians, thus reducing the burden of financial impact.

Subsidised food

Aspire cares for the health of all our team members and hence hygienic meals are provided at a subsidised cost at all our India campuses.
