The Flexi Benefit Plan (FBP) components are a basket of benefits available for Aspirians to choose from, based on their need and tax planning. These benefits help employees optimize tax savings within the salary structure guidelines. Here are the benefits we cover as a part of the FBP.
Aspirians can choose the amount from the eligible range and this amount is fully exempted under Income Tax.
Mobile connection (postpaid only), land line connection and Internet connection are considered for telephone reimbursement. The coverage limits are as per guidelines.
The car lease tax benefit is available to Aspirians where the lessor/owner of the car should only be spouse, parents or in-laws, or children of the Aspirian. The car lease coverage limits are as per guidelines.
Fuel Bills, Car Service/Maintenance Bills, Annual Insurance Renewals are covered under this policy. The coverage limits are as per guidelines.
In the case of Aspirians having a car in their name, they can avail fuel & maintenance reimbursement alone as per govt norms.
Leave Travel Allowance (LTA) is paid to Aspirians when they undertake domestic travel with their family or alone. The latest block period of four years is from 1 January 2022 until 31 December 2025.
