We support the intellectual pursuits of Aspirians by providing a Tuition fee Refund. This helps them to enhance their competencies by pursuing higher studies and applying for technology certifications and ascend further in their career, adding value to themselves and the organization. An Aspirian is eligible for receiving an amount of INR 20,000 each year.
We encourage our employees to spend a minimum of 24 hours per year for learning of which 18 hours is dedicated to technical learning and the remaining 6 hours is for softskills training. Aspirians can refer to the training calendar published weekly and monthly on intranet by the Talent Nurturing team.
We have an extensive Rewards and Recognition program to appreciate individuals/teams for their contribution to organizational success. Several spot awards such as Role Star, Star Gladiator, Insta Award are awarded to individuals for meritorious performance. We have annual team awards such as Red Falcons, Take Wing and Sky Blazers for teams that perform exceptionally well. iGain offers a global platform which brings opportunities and Aspirians together. It provides Aspirians with access to all opportunities across different functions and geographies.
