As per policy, confirmed employees will have 1 day of Earned Leave accrued per month
Our leave calendar is from January to December every year. Unutilised earned leave can be encashed at the end of the year
Full-time confirmed Aspirians who have served <4 years can avail 2 days leave per month. Aspirians with tenure between 4 and 8 years can avail 2.25 days’ leave per month and those with tenure >8 years can avail 2.5 days leave per month.
Aspire India employees are provided with marriage leaves to make the special day a memorable event. Aspirians are eligible for 3 days’ leave for their marriage.
Aspire India has a 26-week paid maternity break to support new mothers. Our women employees are eligible for extended non-paid leaves for up to a year, which encourages them to spend quality time with their newborn babies.
All our male employees are granted 3 days of paid time off to bond with their new-born. Employees whose families are stationed at remote places can take extra leaves, which can be compensated later as per their convenience.
Adoption is also another crucial stage in people’s life that requires ample time to settle down to the new changes in life. Aspirians who are going through this new phase of life can avail of leaves under the Adoption Leave category.
