To ensure that Aspirians at each level/ designation are well-trained and equipped with basic skills and knowledge that help them effectively perform their roles, we have introduced various mandatory courses. These courses are custom-made by our Talent Nurturing team for employees in different roles. All Aspirians must complete relevant programs to qualify for a role/designation change.
