Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service intended to deploy Microsoft SharePoint 2010 in order to improve a number of existing business processes. The Service sought specialised SharePoint technical assistance in order to support the process.

By Geography Mid & West Wales Fire Service is the largest service in England and Wales. The service recognised the need to ensure that staff across all locations were fully engaged with the organisations principals and practices and were looking for an attractive and informative intranet. It is crucial that the service communicates clearly and quickly with the public and this formed the core requirement within the website brief. Working with the Services marketing team we built the site using custom web-parts to help group and deliver related content to the general public.
