Ceredigion County Council: Discover Ceredigion

Ceredigion County Council approached Aspire systems to create a tourism website to promote the county as an all year round destination. The council needed a modern, customer focused and interactive website that showcased their 60 miles of coastline and award winning beaches to potential tourists at home and abroad.

Challenges

• To create a website with a contemporary look and feel with good quality graphics and photography

The Solution

• A complex SharePoint 2010 build with bespoke elements including custom controls, web parts, features and configuration. All achieved in less than a month
• Aspire systems consultants worked with FBA Group graphic designers to produce a compelling and visually rich website and structure
• Ceredigion staff were given Aspire systems on-site training to give them the knowledge and ability to effectively manage the content on their site
