Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Treasury Business Consultant with strong functional expertise in Temenos T24 Treasury modules to support implementation and transformation programs for global banking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and process workshops with business users
- Configure and implement Treasury modules in Temenos T24
- Work on FX (Spot, Forward, Swaps), Money Market, and Derivatives products
- Prepare functional specifications (FSD) and support solution design
- Perform gap analysis and provide functional solutions aligned with business needs
- Support SIT, UAT, and go-live activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and product teams
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in T24 Treasury modules
- Strong expertise in FX, Money Market, and Derivatives
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end T24 Treasury implementations (R22 and above)
- Good understanding of banking treasury operations and workflows
- Experience in requirement gathering, FSD preparation, and client interaction
Good to Have:
- Exposure to Securities (Corporate Actions, Trade Lifecycle)
- Knowledge of SWIFT / ISO 20022 messaging
- Experience working in global banking environments
