Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant (Core HR & Payroll)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll, and related HCM modules. The consultant will support day-to-day operations, resolve functional issues, handle configurations, and work closely with business teams on enhancements and new requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide functional support for:  o Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting Cloud
• Manage incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements.
• Perform HCM configurations, validations, and end-to-end testing.
• Support payroll runs, costing, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
• Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues, element setups, HCM extracts, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
• Coordinate with business users for requirement discussions and UAT support.
• Work with technical teams for integrations (HCM Extracts, OIC), reports, and workflow approvals.
• Participate in quarterly patch impact analysis and regression testing.
• Prepare functional documents (BRDs, test scripts, KT documents, SOPs). 

Required Skills:

• 3–6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, payroll flows, absence accruals, and costing.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL/FBL, and OTBI/BIP reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Good to Have: 

• Experience with Talent Management, Recruiting, or Compensation.
• Hands-on with OIC-based HCM integrations.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
