Role Overview:
We are looking for a technical leader/Architect to drive solution design, delivery excellence, and team leadership . The role involves overseeing architecture, guiding the teams, and ensuring successful execution aligned with customer and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on React.js - Recent, production-level React.js development is mandatory and will be assessed through live coding. Must be fluent with functional components, hooks, state management (Redux or equivalent), component design, and modern front-end build tooling. Theoretical or training-only React exposure does not qualify.
- .NET Core / .NET 6+ - Strong, current C# and Web API development, including REST API design, backend business logic, and data-access layers.
- Entity Framework Core - Practical experience with data modeling, migrations, and database operations.
- Microsoft Azure - Hands-on with App Services, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, and Azure Functions / Function Apps (not just awareness).
- CI/CD on Azure DevOps - Demonstrable, hands-on experience building and maintaining Build & Release pipelines, ideally with YAML pipelines. Basic conceptual awareness is not sufficient.
- Unit Testing - Recent, hands-on use of unit testing in delivered projects (Jest / React Testing Library on the front end; xUnit / NUnit on the back end). Past-but-dated exposure does not meet this bar.
- Agile Scrum - Experience delivering within Agile Scrum teams (sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retrospectives).
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, hooks, and component design alongside React.js.
- Solid understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, caching, and authentication / authorization (OAuth, JWT).
- Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code review workflows.
- Exposure to ARM / Bicep / Terraform for infrastructure-as-code is a plus.
Good to Have
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes.
- Experience in AI-driven development using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.
- Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and logging frameworks.
- Experience with front-end UI libraries (Material UI, Chakra UI, Ant Design).
