Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Temenos Transact Business Consultant with strong expertise in Temenos Transact (T24). This role involves providing functional consulting, requirement analysis, and solution design while supporting end-to-end implementation across the SDLC lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and analyze BRDs
- Map business requirements to Temenos Transact capabilities
- Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- Conduct Product Lifecycle Workshops (PLW) and client training sessions
- Act as a functional SPOC for stakeholders
- Support SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities
- Collaborate with technical teams for successful delivery
- Mentor junior consultants and support end users
Required Skills:
- 5–10 years of experience in Temenos T24 / Transact
- Strong domain knowledge in Core Banking
- Expertise in modules such as:
- Transact Core
- AA Loans / Deposits / Accounts
- Limits / Collaterals / GL
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD analysis, and FSD preparation
- At least one end-to-end implementation experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have:
- Banking domain experience (Corporate / Retail)
- Experience in conducting PLW and end-user training
- Exposure to multiple implementations
