AI Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLM integration, and AI-driven product development. The candidate will work closely with the Oracle Fusion Practice and contribute to our AI product suite including automation accelerators, and intelligent solutions for ERP, HCM, SCM, CX and custom extensions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy GenAI-based solutions, including prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, RAG, vector search, and intelligent automation.
• Develop AI components and microservices to support internal AI accelerators.
• Integrate AI models with Oracle Fusion Applications, OIC, and custom extensions through APIs.
• Build POCs and production-ready AI features for automation, test acceleration, document processing, chatbots, and predictive insights.
• Work with large datasets; create embeddings, build vector databases, and optimize model performance.
• Collaborate with functional and technical Oracle consultants to identify AI use cases across modules.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest in LLM technologies, frameworks, and cloud-native AI services.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python, AI frameworks, and API development.
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • Generative AI (GPT, Llama, Mistral, etc.)
  • Prompt engineering
  • RAG architecture
  • Vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Oracle AI Vector Search preferred)
  • Model fine-tuning / LLM orchestration
• Experience building AI microservices using Flask/FastAPI.
• Good understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms (OCI/Azure/AWS).
• Familiarity with DevOps, Git, deployment pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion data structures (Finance, SCM, HCM, CX).
• Knowledge of OIC, Oracle Visual Builder, or Fusion PaaS extensions.
• Exposure to AI-based automation in ERP ecosystems.
• Experience with vector search on Oracle Autonomous Database or OCI AI services.
