We have various initiatives and programs that enable Aspirians to be continuous learners.
Center of Excellence Program
The COE program focuses on training candidates recruited through on-campus drives and equipping them with on-the-job skills. Beyond the subject-matter training, the program also prepares the fresh graduates for the corporate world, thus minimizing the complexities of getting accustomed to an entirely new environment.
T&D 24
T&D 24 initiative is a pathway for Aspirians at all levels to undergo training that will enable them to grow professionally and personally. It aims to encourage each Aspirian to take a minimum of 24 hours of training every year (April – March). Aspirians can choose the module that would help them reach their goals faster. An exclusive T&D 24 portal is also available at https://knowledgebase.aspiresys.com/ for all Aspirians.
The Hi-Po Program
Developing our leadership pipeline is important to us. For this, we identify top talent and, through the hi-po program, provide them with the opportunities and learnings to enhance their potential and equip them to step up to the next level.
Leadership programs for growth
At Aspire, our aim is to support our people in every step of their professional journeys, right from a fresher to becoming a leader. We have several leadership excellence programs including First-time Managers Program, Emerging Leaders Program, Aspire Certified Technical Leaders Training, Training for Integrated Delivery Owners, designed for Aspirians to help them develop the necessary skills and qualities required to be effective leaders and drive positive change in the organization.
Expressway
The Expressway program is designed for Aspirians interested in cross-functional mobility, as it helps them acquire new skills. Whether the movement is from technical to functional or vice versa, we have detailed training programs to equip interested candidates with the necessary knowledge and expertise so that they are set for the new roles from day one.
