Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled technology professional with solid hands-on experience as a Retail Associate Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
The Retail QA Associate Project Manager brings 12+ years of IT project experience, including strong QA leadership within the retail domain.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end QA deliverables, driving quality across retail applications, and leading automation and AI-driven QA initiatives. The position requires hands-on QA and automation expertise, strong retail domain knowledge, and proven customer-facing experience to ensure high-quality delivery, stakeholder alignment, and customer satisfaction.
Possess 12+ years of IT project experience, with a minimum of 4+ years in QA management within the retail domain (e-commerce, brick-and-mortar, or omnichannel).
Demonstrate strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies, tools, and technology.
