The displayed CMDB health score is evaluated for 3 standardized Key Performance Indicators - Correctness, Compliance, and Completeness - each comprising its own sub-metrics. The CMDB health benchmark thus evaluated is used for comparison with global benchmarks, and the industry averages of the rest of the ServiceNow customers. The CMDB module comprises of a powerful auto-remediation framework that ensures appropriate actions are taken to address health issues and enhances CMDB data quality. The suite also comes with CMDB remediation rule that is applied automatically/manually for tasks created for failing the CMDB health test.
