Senior UX Designer
Gdańsk

As a Senior UX Designer at Aspire, you will be responsible for making informed design decisions that meet user needs, business requirements and technical constraints. You will test and iterate design ideas in line with the user-centred approach and prepare design briefs to work iteratively on the best possible solutions. You will run product workshops with clients and facilitate Design Sprints, applying user testing methods to validate product hypotheses.

Responsibilities for the Senior UX Designer role:

  • Working collaboratively with the consulting and technical teams
  • Working directly with the clients from all around the world
  • Understanding business objectives and translating them into appropriate user experience
  • Creating mockups, prototypes or visual presentations that allows gathering feedback from team members, stakeholders and users
  • Making informed design decisions that meet user needs, business requirements and technical constraints
  • Taking a user-centric approach and rapidly testing and iterating design ideas
  • Using multiple user research methods 
  • Applying user testing methods to validate product hypotheses 
  • Running product workshops with clients and facilitating Design Sprints

The ideal candidate has:

Requirements:

  • 4 years+ experience in UX and interaction design (please provide portfolio or demonstration of skill set)
  • Understanding of UX design principles and best practices
  • Proficiency using rapid prototyping tool of choice
  • Experience in user testing
  • Basic digital analytics knowledge, such as Google Analytics or similar platform
  • Very good communication skills in English
Senior IT Systems Administrator
Gdańsk

Job Description:

The person in this position will be responsible mainly for the internal (local) IT infrastructure of the company and its part located in the Azure cloud. The duties, among others, will include:

  • ensuring high accessibility of the services provided to users,
  • taking care of the local infrastructure components and cloud (servers, services, workstations) updates,
  • designing new infrastructure solutions and modernization of existing ones,
  • configuration and control of virtual machines backups and their services,
  • IT processes automation,
  • software installation (and automation of this process),
  • solving the most common technical problems with server machines, workstations and application software,
  • handling technical tickets,
  • license management,
  • work documentation,
  • technical consultations.

 

Requirements:

  • experience in the administration of Windows services, Active Directory, Exchange,
  • knowledge and experience in managing Office 365 and Sharepoint,
  • knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, IIS, MS SQL, WSUS, DHCP, DNS,
  • ability to automate work using PowerShell,
  • knowledge of hardware solutions: Servers (Dell), Storage (RAID and disk arrays), network devices (Cisco, HP, Ubiquity, Fortigate),
  • education: IT or related,
  • at least 3 years of experience in working in a similar position,
  • at least B1 level English,
  • desirable characteristics: hard working, ability to work under time pressure, team player, strategic thinking.

 

Nice-to-have:

  • knowledge of infrastructure monitoring solutions: Nagios and Azure Monitor,
  • knowledge of GIT,
  • experience in Linux administration.
Business Development Manager
Gdańsk

As a Business Development Manager at Aspire Systems Poland, you will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients on the European market. The focus of the role is to proactively search for, identify, and reach out to new clients. You will also build customer relationships and identify business opportunities.

Your tasks include:

  • The role is an office-based position working mainly over the telephone
  • Building own sales pipeline through demand generation & targeted campaigns to Enterprise IT services
  • Building business by identifying the prospects and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Complete ownership of the End to End Sales cycle
  • Coordinating involvement of company resources, including delivery, support functions, and management team to meet sales performance objectives and customer expectations
  • Presenting the complete service offerings to leads and customers
  • Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis

Experience and skills you need to have:

  • Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience with the IT industry, especially regarding IT services
  • A proven track record of success for growing sales, expanding territories and building customer relationships in the software services industry
  • A full understanding of IT/software trends, challenges and solutions
  • A full understanding of Enterprise IT services offerings and competition
  • Highly motivated with strong networking capabilities – able to build new relationships and nurture existing ones, which results in new sales opportunities
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Initiative, independence, autonomy
  • A high level of fluency in English is essential and a good telephone manner
  • Willingness to travel within Europe.
