System Administrator - JD

The person in this position will be mainly responsible maintenance of internal office network infrastructure (local and Azure) and workstations.

 

Duties of the Admin Team:

  • Taking care of the local network infrastructure and workstations updates,
  • Taking care of the cloud infrastructure updates (Microsoft Azure),
  • Designing new infrastructure solutions and modernization of existing ones,
  • Ensuring high availability of the services provided to users,
  • IT processes automation,
  • Software installation,
  • Solving the most common technical problems with server machines, workstations and application software,
  • License management,
  • Work documentation, 
  • Technical consultations.

Required experience and skills:

  • Experience in the administration of Windows services such as: Active Directory, WSUS, DHCP, DNS,
  • Ability to automate work using PowerShell,
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization technology (Hyper-V, failover cluster),
  • Knowledge of hardware solutions: Servers (Dell), Storage (RAID and disk arrays), network devices (Cisco, Ubiquity, Fortigate),
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, Recovery Vault),
  • At least 2 years of experience as an IT Admin,
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, 
  • At least B1 level English.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring solutions: Zabbix and Azure Monitor,
  • Experience in Linux administration,
  • Knowledge of Jira Service Desk,
  • Knowledge and experience in managing Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) and Sharepoint Online.
Angular Developer

Project brief info:

Innovative project for an airline company that provides comprehensive service for both commercial and military airlines. The project modules include web applications (Angular) for dispatchers, complex mobile applications (iOS, Win) and an extensive server infrastructure (JEE). The applications, used on a large scale, by over 50 airlines, ensure optimization of aviation processes in off-line and on-line mode. The project is algorithmically advanced, has a large variety of modules, the code meets the highest programming standards. The smooth operation of the system is a critical factor for airlines, which is why the design puts great emphasis on the quality and scalability of the code.

The applications, used on a large scale, by over 50 airlines, ensure optimization of aviation processes in off-line and on-line mode. The project is algorithmically advanced, has a large variety of modules. Many of them are completely new products, thanks to which the code meets the highest programming standards. The smooth operation of the system is a critical factor for airlines, which is why the design puts great emphasis on the quality and scalability of the code.
