THEIR NEED They wanted to enhance their product, a Professional Development (PD) planning software, by adding new features and improving existing ones in order to keep pace with changing market needs and evolving technologies. Their core competency lay in inventing new product lines for the Professional Development market and they sought a partner for the envisioned enhancements to their product, over and above troubleshooting performance and utilization issues. They were also looking for a partner who could guarantee cost cuts, while ensuring that quality would be world-class.
OUR DEED On the enhancement front, Aspire has been continuously adding new features to the customer’s PD Planning software and integrating it with their Instructional Management System, another product in their PD product suite. Aspire tackled the challenge of troubleshooting performance and utilization issues by having a support team in place to provide support to the customer during product releases.
