Michael A. Parker joins Aspire Systems as Vice-President, South East US

MICHAEL A. PARKER JOINS ASPIRE SYSTEMS AS VICE-PRESIDENT, SOUTH EAST US

Chennai, India - January 10, 2005 - Chennai headquartered Aspire Systems, a pioneer in the “Outsourced Product Development” space, today announced the appointment of Michael A. Parker as Vice-President for South East United States. He brings with him over 17 years of experience in all facets of business management with a strong emphasis on Technology. Mr. Parker will focus primarily on Marketing and Sales and will be responsible for expanding Aspire Systems’ operations in South East US.

Mr. Parker, known for his entrepreneurial spirit and excellent team leadership skills, has exposure to a wide range of capacities and industries. Prior to forming his own company in the US, Mr. Parker worked for VeriFone, Inc. (a Hewlett Packard company) where he was instrumental in significantly augmenting business unit growth by building strong sales and technical support besides establishing software development methodologies and practices. He holds an MBA with specialisation in Corporate Finance from Kennesaw University.
