Aspire earmarks training fund for team membersASPIRE EARMARKS TRAINING FUND FOR TEAM MEMBERS Chennai, August 3, 2003 - Aspire Systems, a leading outsourced product development company based in Chennai, today introduced a comprehensive and new training initiative for its team members. The initiative, while aiding Aspire's team members realize their career objectives, will also ensure a seamless integration of the same with the organization's goals. “As we look back at our achievements so far, it is very clear that our people have played a crucial role in our success. Aspire, through its Career Enhancement Fund, will encourage team members to undertake training programmes to enhance specific skill sets. The company will contribute a substantial amount of Rs. 10 lakhs towards this purpose. In addition, Aspire will contribute Rs. 4 lakhs towards a Corporate Training Fund that will be utilized to provide project specific training. While the Career Enhancement Fund will fund individual training requirements identified during appraisals and will be driven by team members themselves, the Corporate Training Fund will depend on project requirements.
