Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud) - Own end-to-end architecture across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud; define reference architectures, guardrails, and reusable patterns. The role involves Translate business capabilities into solution designs, sequence diagrams, ER models, and integration contracts; drive design reviews and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Architect (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud) – Offshore Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end architecture across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud; define reference architectures, guardrails, and reusable patterns.
- Translate business capabilities into solution designs, sequence diagrams, ER models, and integration contracts; drive design reviews and governance.
- Lead multi-cloud implementation: Sales (Lead/Opportunity, Forecasting, Territory), Service (Case/OA, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Field Service integration), Marketing (Journey Builder, Email/Mobile Studio, Audience/Segmentation).
- Define and enforce security architecture: data classification, sharing model, roles/permissions, Shield, encryption, SSO/SAML/OAuth.
- Establish integration strategy using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, Mulesoft/OIC/ETL, and event-driven patterns; oversee error handling, retries, and idempotency.
- Drive DevOps: branching strategy, CI/CD (SFDX, Git), automated testing, deployment pipelines; maintain non-prod strategy (sandboxes), release calendars, and quality gates. Create performance baselines: governor limit strategy, bulkification, caching, async patterns; lead performance tuning.
- Own data architecture: canonical models, cleansing, deduplication (MDM), migration and archival strategy; define data quality KPIs and monitoring.
- Lead and mentor developers, admins, and functional consultants; review Apex/LWC/Flows; establish code review and design review processes.
- Partner with PMs and business; provide estimates, risk identification, and mitigation plans; contribute to SoW and architecture decision records (ADRs). Enable support readiness: KT plans, runbooks, RCA templates, knowledge base, and L2/L3 handoffs.
- Required Skills & Experience 12+ years overall IT experience with 7+ years on Salesforce; 3+ years in an architect role leading multi-cloud programs.
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud (Lead-to-Cash, Forecasting, Territory, CPQ exposure), Service Cloud (Case management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Digital Engagement), and Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Personalization).
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events; strong understanding of governor limits and transaction boundaries.
- Integration expertise: REST/SOAP APIs, External Services, Mulesoft (preferred), ETL/ESB, OAuth2/SAML; experience designing fault-tolerant interfaces.
- Hands-on CI/CD: SFDX, Git, Gearset or Jenkins/Bamboo; experience with deployment automation and environment strategy. Data architecture: object modeling, large data volumes (LDV), archiving, MDM/deduplication, data migration (Dataverse/CSV/Bulk APIs).
- Security: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, Shield encryption; compliance and audit readiness. Experience operating in offshore model with strong communication, stakeholder management, and timezone overlap (US/EMEA).
- Proven track record of leading design reviews, building reusable assets
