Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail oriented Legal Associate to support our in-house legal function. The role offers the opportunity to work on technology driven transactions in a fast-paced environment, while building strong foundations in contract management, compliance frameworks, risk assessment and business oriented legal advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize standard legal documents, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and other commercial contracts.
- Manage and support the end-to-end contract lifecycle process, including document preparation, internal coordination, execution tracking, renewals, closure, and monitoring of pending actions/timelines.
- Maintain and manage legal documentation and contract repositories, including version control, record-keeping, audit-ready documentation, trackers, and related reporting.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on applicable laws, regulations, industry practices, and legal/regulatory developments, with a focus on contract law, technology law, and data protection.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including procurement, business, HR, and finance, to obtain inputs, documentation, approvals, and ensure alignment during legal review and contracting processes.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and contractual obligations, including preparation of risk summaries, compliance reports, and other internal legal documentation.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal team, including process coordination and related legal operations support
Required Skills:

- Working knowledge of legal documentation and compliance processes
Required Qualification:
- LL.B. from a recognized university with 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or in house legal team.
Good to Have
- Exposure to contract drafting, legal documentation, or corporate/commercial law preferred.
