Role Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled technology professional. The role involves hands on experience in Technology Solution in Banking and Financial Services. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop solution strategies for BFS clients covering Customer & User Journeys including digital transformation, omni channel solutions, Mortgages – Origination & servicing, Back office operations including servicing across Deposits, Loans, Trade finance and Wealth Management, Finance & Reconciliation platforms.
  • Lead discovery workshops with IT and business leaders to understand business objectives, industry challenges, and current technology landscape.
  • Translate business needs into technology led solutions spanning package implementation, application engineering, cloud transformation, data and analytics, AI, and managed services, with strong emphasis on AI driven use cases
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership by articulating technology value in business terms and linking solutions to measurable business outcomes. 

Sales Cycle and Pre Sales Engagement  

  • Work as part of the sales cycle, engaging early to shape deal strategy, solution positioning, and value propositions for Banking & Financial Services opportunities
  • Support large and strategic pursuits through solution design, proposal inputs, RFP responses, presentations, and client discussions
  • Collaborate with conventional pre sales teams for demos, case studies, solution artifacts, and technical validations
  • Influence revenue growth by identifying cross sell and upsell opportunities aligned to Aspire’s BFS offerings. 

Internal Collaboration and Enablement  

  • Collaborate closely with practice teams and technology alliances to align solutions with Aspire capabilities, accelerators, and partner ecosystems
  • Work with delivery leaders to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment with delivery and managed services models
  • Provide structured market and client feedback to practices and alliances to influence GTM strategy and solution evolution.  

Thought Leadership and Market Insight 

  •  Stay highly knowledgeable of current AI trends, platforms, and engineering approaches, and their impact on IT and the Banking & Financial industry
  • Identify and articulate high value AI driven opportunities across customer & User experience, Back office operations, Payments across Retail, Commerical and Corporate Banking, Wealth Managers, Credit Unions, Mortgage providers etc.
  • Stay current on broader Banking & Payments industry trends including Hyper Personalization, Augmented Advisory and Block-chain & Stable Coins etc.
  • Contribute to internal and external thought leadership through white papers, point of view decks, client presentations, and innovation sessions
  • Represent Aspire’s BFS solution thinking in customer meetings, industry forums, and partner discussions. 

Required Skills 

  • Solid techno functional knowledge across Package solution scape, application engineering, cloud platforms, data and analytics, AI, and managed services, with strong awareness of modern AI architectures and implementation patterns.
  • Proven experience working with IT and business leaders to shape technology direction and solution strategy.
  • Hands on experience working in AI engineering initiatives or AI enabled solution development is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
