Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled technology professional with strong hands-on experience as an Insurance Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
- Strong understanding of PolicyCenter data model and business processes.
- Proven and demonstrated success in presales of P & C Insurance software/products solutions.
- Proficiency in analyzing the customers business, applications and converting the business needs into viable solutions.
- Experience & expertise in creating solution offerings for P & C insurance industry.
- Should have played an active part in RFP, proposals as an P & C insurance expert.
- Experience in creating P & C insurance specific POC solutions.
- Working closely with sales & pre-sales teams in winning deals by creating winning bids and demos that address client business requirements.
- Lead presentations, demos, pre-bid workshops during the sales cycle.
- 3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst in P & C Insurance domain.
- P & C Functional/Business Analyst certification is a plus.
- P & C insurance domain knowledge is required.
- Any P & C Insurance COTS product knowledge is an advantage.
- Life & health insurance project experience would be an advantage.
- Any Insurance domain certification is preferred.
Good to Have
- Work closely with the Account Management team to promote Insurance practice capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skill, negotiation, presentation, and business acumen.
- Having worked on products and solutions, giving and making demos/PoCs.
- Techno functional skills
