Role Overview:
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll, and related HCM modules. The consultant will support day-to-day operations, resolve functional issues, handle configurations, and work closely with business teams on enhancements and new requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for: o Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting Cloud
- Manage incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements.
- Perform HCM configurations, validations, and end-to-end testing.
- Support payroll runs, costing, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
- Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues, element setups, HCM extracts, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
- Coordinate with business users for requirement discussions and UAT support.
- Work with technical teams for integrations (HCM Extracts, OIC), reports, and workflow approvals.
- Participate in quarterly patch impact analysis and regression testing.
- Prepare functional documents (BRDs, test scripts, KT documents, SOPs).
Required Skills:
- 3–6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, payroll flows, absence accruals, and costing.
- Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL/FBL, and OTBI/BIP reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Talent Management, Recruiting, or Compensation.
- Hands-on with OIC-based HCM integrations.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
