Java Technical Lead

Desired skill:  Java, Spring boot, Microservices & Any Cloud Experience 

• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture, with experience in both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.   
• As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting solutions, and    ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software projects.   
• Proven experience with Java 8 or above, Spring, Springboot Rest Apis, Kafka and Apache Camel.   
• Solid understanding of RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).   
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.   
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.    
• Experience in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.    
• Experience/Knowledge with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.   
• Experience in AWS or similar cloud services
