This CoE concentrates on all aspects of transitioning to On-Demand software. It leverages our SaaS ecosystem partnerships and SaaS-specific inventory of tools, techniques and design patterns.

 

The Web 2.0 CoE focuses on RIA technologies for enhancing customer engagements. For organizations, it conducts implementation of productive collaboration and alignment of business and IT processes using SOA services.
