Product Innovation Vs. Business Innovation – Which leads the other?

When you develop a product, the biggest pressure you will face is time-to-market. But then, product development takes time and this throws open the question on how to remain continuously competitive? This is where business innovation comes into the picture.

Business innovation allows you to come up with newer services or newer ways to use the existing products towards addressing untapped markets. Planning your innovation as a combination of product innovation and business innovation will allow you to continuously improve your offering and continuously be profitable.

These issues will be brought up during the breakfast series on the 1st of Aug. If you have war-stories to share on these issues, examples to validate or disagree on these issues, or simply want to hear what your peers are doing, join us for this breakfast series.

This is not a Sales Series and we are looking at having this session on a regular basis going forward. This is our second session and we look forward to having you there.
