With prior stints at Wipro and Infosys, I thought I had seen it at all in IT!. But working in Aspire has been different and has its own charms like creative freedom, regular interaction with senior management and most importantly an environment that allows you to be passionate about work. In bigger companies, one always has that nagging another-brick-in-the-ever-growing-wall-feeling while here I have a better sense of ownership about what I do.
